When you arrive at Fondremand, you’ll immediately be captivated by the ensemble formed by the castle, listed as a Historic Monument, the Romaine spring and its pavilion. Dating from the 12th century, the keep, the only vestige of the castle, is one of the oldest monuments in the region. Rectangular in shape, the tower comprises two levels with barrel-vaulted rooms, as well as a vast space with three floors that were once covered with planks.
