Haute-Saône is a favourite region for mountain bikers. From deep forests to flower-filled valleys, from plains to plateaux, each route promises a complete change of scenery.

Mountain biking is the ideal way to discover the area, and we’re going to take you on a tour of some of them. Get ready for some thrills!

Two mountain bike bases to explore nature

The FFCT (Fédération française de cyclotourisme) has approved a number of mountain bike bases, two of which are starting points for exploring 100% natural areas: the 1000 Etangs and the Monts de Gy.
