Discover this cosy flat in the village of Courchaton in Haute-Saône. The flat is located in the owners' house, on the 1st floor. The entrance is via a staircase and leads to the equipped kitchen and dining room. (Toaster, kettle, coffee machine, new induction).

Isabelle has created a cosy space off the dining room to take advantage of the light from the kitchen window with its view of the landscape. From this small living room, you will have access to the independent sanitary facilities including a shower room and a separate toilet.

The sleeping quarters are on the 2nd floor. The access is via a staircase that leads to the living room of the flat. Ideal for family time with a board game or a DVD film on the television. The television is available with the possibility of connecting a USB key and DVD player, but no TNT cable. It is possible to accommodate an extra person on the sofa bed.

To the right of the living room, you will find a bedroom with a 140cm bed, and on the other side, a bedroom with two 90cm beds.

The owner will also give you access to the sheltered garden, so it can be shared with them. A parking space is available next to the house.

Sheets are optional (10€ per bed).

Towels will be provided.
