Gas/wood heating. Lawn garden with covered terrace to the front of the house and enclosed courtyard with lawn and games, with flowers and blinds to the rear of the house. Close to Ray-sur-Saône, a small comtois town of character, church, chapel, calvaries, wash houses... Nice views, walks. CHARGES NOT INCLUDED. Beds included and beds made on arrival.
