ECOFITURE makes unique, tasty 100% natural jams from fruit and vegetables that have not been sold in supermarkets. The association makes the most of these "ugly" fruits and vegetables by making jams, coulis, preserves, oils and vinegars with original and authentic flavours, often in limited editions.
