Brewing the beers we like... and that's not bad!
Beers that are sweet, strong, bitter, malty, hoppy... that we hope are well made, and that we hope are atypical and surprising!
Without any additive, clarifying, malt extract or other: simply water, malt, cereals, hops, yeast, and addition of sugar only for refermentation in bottles. Beers that you can't find in hypermarkets! A brewery that you have to come and get in the middle of the meadows..

Hops - or rather hops - play a major role in our various recipes: aromatic, bitter, ... There will be something for everyone! From the European classics to the most modern, we attach the greatest importance to this flower in order to find in your glass the finest aromas, the most marked bitterness.
