The Nénuphar gîte has a surface area of 70 m² and can accommodate 4 adults and 2 children. It includes 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with separate toilet, a living room, a large common room with a fully equipped kitchen, a bay window giving direct access to a large covered terrace with a view on two fishing ponds. A barbecue and garden furniture are also available. Wooden chalet on the water's edge. Very quiet, a haven of peace for fishermen. Ideal for couples. Prices : - Week in high season: 790 €. - Rest of the year: 690 €. - Weekend 2 nights: 340 €. - Weekend 3 nights: 440 €. - Mid-week 3 nights (excluding weekends): 340€. - Mid-week 4 nights (excluding weekends) : 440€. Additional rates : - Cleaning of the gîte: 50€. - Breakfast : 10€ (for the week) - Renting of sheets for a 90 cm bed: 12€. - Rental of sheets for a 160 cm bed: 15€.
