Chapelle de Leffond

  • Religious site
70700 Charcenne
Erected on the outskirts of the village, on a small hill overlooking the Colombine stream, the first traces of Notre-Dame de Leffond chapel date back to 1067. It has evolved over the centuries, and today offers visitors the image of a superb chapel, entirely restored. Architectural details, furnishings and stained glass windows..... can be admired silently on Sundays from mid-April to mid-September from 3pm to 5pm (free admission). To find out more about the history of the chapel, a booklet is available for €2.
