In the heart of the Haute-Saône countryside, 20 minutes from Vesoul, 1823 house adjoining the owners and fully renovated.Ground floor: living room with fitted kitchen and dining room, lounge (sofa bed) with pellet stove and access to the garden. Shower room and separate toilet. Upstairs: a bedroom with a 160 bed and a bedroom with 3 90 beds and shower room with adjoining WC.Parking, garage and laundry room. A terrace in front of the house with a small fountain and a terrace at the back with an enclosed garden of 800 m².Pets accepted (not on the first floor) with additional deposit and compulsory cleaning fee. Electricity and heating by wood boiler included. Pellets : 6 € the bag of 15 kg. Beds made on arrival. Towels and cleaning at the end of your stay optional. 2 extra beds possible in sofa bed in the living room with a supplement of 10 € per day.Numerous walks or bike rides from the town (5 bikes available).
