Starting from the church of Saint-Symphorien (open), discover this 10-kilometre "blue ring" signposted trail, which lasts 2 to 3 hours. It takes you to the heights of the dry grasslands and then on to the charming village of Autoreille, where you will discover a beautifully restored wash-house, and the marvellous Acorus aquatic gardens and its 3 hectares of landscaped gardens featuring ponds, waterfalls, an organic swimming pool, an extraordinary collection of aquatic plants, bamboo beds, cloud trees (niwakis) and Japanese gardens.Then back to Gy along forest paths, past the Calvaire chapel and a leisurely descent to the village. Picnic tables at the entrance to Autoreille.
