Leaving from the hamlet of Roche, take the 12-kilometre grassland trail, which will take you over hill and dale to discover the various dry grasslands that dot the Monts de Gy nature reserve, where beautiful wild orchids grow in spring and specific flora thrives all year round.
This route, signposted with yellow circles, passes through the hamlet of Saint Maurice, where walkers can picnic by the fountain.
