Douce Comtoise is a traditional biscuit factory with an authentic range of biscuits and chocolates and traditional know-how: Macaroons-Sèches Comté-Sablés-Dry biscuits-Spice bread-Chocolates (Les Belles Comtoises and Clocher comtois).
All the products are made in the Gray (70) and Aumont (39) workshops, using quality local produce: butter and cream from local cheese dairies, free-range eggs, flour from a family mill, Jura honey and Comté cheese.
