The farm has been organically farmed since 1975. Almost three generations of working the land with respect!
The wheat varieties used are old-fashioned, with lower yields but much better taste and nutritional value.
The same goes for the other cereals, such as spelt, rye and buckwheat.
Using an Astrié mill guarantees these qualities right down to the flour.
