

Aline's speciality: organic beef matured for 3 weeks, which makes it tender and tasty. The herd of Charolais, Limousin and Aubrac cows graze peacefully on the heights of the Monts de Gy, in an ideal natural environment, on land classified by the Conservatoire de Franche-Comté. A life in the open air, respectful of animal welfare, and in the end a product carefully cut by artisan butchers. Installed at the end of 2019 on the smallest organic farm, her goal is to make quality!
