Gîte de la Chouette 70

In the heart of the Saône Valley, the gîte de la chouette 70 is a spacious house in a small village close to Luxeuil-les-Bains and its thermal baths (25 km) and the Vosges ballons (Vosges at 25 km). Vesoul is 35 km away, with its Ludolac water park and historic centre. You'll love the large terrace with barbecue and enclosed garden to enjoy the outdoors in summer. In winter, the beautiful fireplace will warm your evenings (wood provided). Pets welcome. On the ground floor: kitchen with dishwasher, living room with TV, a shower room and WC accessible and adapted for people with reduced mobility and a bedroom with a 140 cm bed. Upstairs, there is a second sitting area on the landing leading to the 3 other bedrooms: one with a 140 cm bed and two bedrooms, each with a 160 cm x 200 cm bed. Upstairs, the gîte also has a 90 cm bed in the mezzanine area on the landing and a second 90 cm bed in a very attic bedroom. A spa bathroom and WC are also available upstairs. For your convenience, beds will be made on arrival, towels are provided and end-of-stay cleaning is included. Baby equipment is available. Ideal for a family get-together or a group of friends, the gîte also has two table football tables, including one for children, and a table tennis table.
