Discover a small house of 49 m² at n°178 on the heights (465m) of the hamlet "Les Maires d'Avaux" in Saint-Bresson, offering a nice view, quiet and ideally located 11 km from Luxeuil-les-Bains (spa town), including a fully equipped kitchen, a shower room/WC, a living room with flat screen TV, and pellet stove. A large bedroom with a 140/190 bed and a second bedroom with two 90/190 bunk beds. You will enjoy an unfenced lawn garden with terrace, a shelter with 220 V power outlet for your electrically assisted bicycles (EAB) as well as an anchor point. Dedicated WiFi internet. Bed linen and towels provided and beds made on arrival. Pellet or electric heating - charges not included: on meter reading according to consumption, beyond the 8 kWh included per night (0.21€ the additional kWh).
