Ideally located at the crossroads of the Haute-Saône, Doubs and Jura regions and 10 km from Besançon Franche-Comté TGV station, for a stay in the countryside and to discover the region. In a non-smoking environment, La Hulotte welcomes you to its gîte adjoining the owners' house. The ground floor comprises A fully-equipped kitchen (except for the dishwasher) opening onto the dining/living room, TV, sofa and wifi, A shower room and separate WC. Upstairs: Large 30m² bedroom for 4 people (1 double bed, 2 single beds and a cot). Bed linen and towels are provided. Parking in the courtyard with independent access Possibility of recharging electric car on domestic socket (5€ each recharge) Owners' swimming pool available Pets are not allowed. Shops nearby: grocery shop - bread depot, butcher's shop. Books and board games available. Year-round rental Possibility of renting for business trips: special rates.
