Exceptional gîte, completely renovated, which can accommodate up to 10 people, completely isolated, in the middle of the forest and on the river.

Exceptional gîte, completely renovated, can accommodate up to 10 people, completely isolated, in the middle of the forest and on the river, with no neighbours.
Ideal spot for fishermen.
Pets are welcome, provided they respect the gîte as a whole.
The gîte is composed of :
- a main room of 80 m² with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room and a living room
- a bedroom of 20 m² with a king size bed, a TV and a dressing room
- 2 bedrooms of 14 m² with a 160x200 bed
- a 16 m² bedroom (Carrez law) with a 160x200 bed and two 90x200 beds
- a mezzanine with a children's play area and a reversible sofa for 2 people
- a bathroom with shower and bath
- a separate toilet
- a 70 m² relaxation room with SPA, sauna and table football
- a shower room with shower and WC
- a suspended terrace with outdoor table and barbecue
- a petanque court with petanque balls.

Baby equipment (high chair, changing table and folding bed) and bicycles are available. This gîte is powered by renewable energy from a hydroelectric plant, as well as the 11KW electric terminal for recharging your electric vehicles.

Household products are available to keep the gite clean.
