Built in 1716 by order of Louis XIV, the Hôtel Dieu was completed in 1747 and enlarged in 1854. The pediment is adorned with sculptures by the Graylois artist Grandgirard. Founded in 1722, the apothecary received a remarkable wood panelling decoration in the last third of the 18th century. The shelves display 119 earthenware pots from the 17th to the 19th centuries (cannon jars, flattened bottles decorated with yellow lilies and black foliage, chevrettes, pillboxes, etc.).
