Forming the 5th generation of a family of chairmakers, Jean-Marie PONGAN perpetuates the tradition of making chairs mulched in a traditional way according to the specific methods of the artisans of old. All the necessary steps for the design of a chair (choice of wood, flow, polishing, turning, sculpture, assembly, replacing, tinting and varnishing) are carried out by this craftsman. He is now the last representative of the chairmaking tradition and trade in Haute-Saône.
