Brian Bouillon Baker is Joséphine Baker's seventh child. He invites us to discover the story of his mother through a delightful musical show in which he recounts the highlights of the romantic life of his illustrious mother, who was in turn a music hall performer, a spy, an air force officer and a humanist. Songwriter Jean-Pierre Hadida accompanies her on the piano, and a magnificent performer in the role of Joséphine takes us from the ghettos of Missouri to Bobino in this show of song and dance, contrasting light and shadow.
They revisit the Roaring Twenties, Martin Luther King whom she joined in Washington, her legendary hits "j'ai deux amours" and "La Tonkinoise", as well as new songs by Jean-Pierre Hadida that tell the story of her.
Quand on aime on ne compte pas" and "I have a dream". Finally, share with Brian the memories of his rainbow tribe, the name given to the twelve adopted children from the four corners of the world.
