This 17th and 18th century residence was once the château of the Lord of Mersuay and Bourguignon-lès-Conflans, Deyle Pierre MAIGNIEN DE MERSUAY. His great-great-granddaughter, Eugénie de Coucy, was born here in 1791, the second wife of Maréchal d'Empire OUDINOT and Duchess of REGGIO. Fully restored and tastefully decorated, it houses two adjoining gîtes, one of which is "La Demeure d'Eugénie". This completely independent gîte is located in the extension of the main house, which borders the main street. It is accessible from the courtyard. It sleeps ten people on three floors and includes a kitchen with four hotplates, large oven, dishwasher, laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer, and all baby equipment.
