La Montagne Saint-Martin

This loop will give you some great thrills... The Saint Martin site, the highlight of the walk, is dominated by the former parish church of Faucogney (until 1712). Opposite the entrance to the cemetery stands the monument to the Duplessis family, a wealthy family who died out in 1880 and bequeathed all their possessions to the commune of Faucogney. There is a superb view over the Breuchin valley, from Breuches and Annegray to Sainte Marie en Chanois, Fessey and Proiselière.
