House on 2 levels, 50 m2, with 2 bedrooms: 160cm bed + 90cm bunk beds + 90cm pull-out bed (good quality for sleeping adults) + bathroom with shower and WC + 25m2 living room with fully-equipped fitted kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, filter + Senseo coffee makers, washing machine), lounge (TV with free unlimited WIFI with Freebox).

Baby equipment available on request. Books and games available.

The house has a balcony off the bedrooms with a small table and chairs and a lovely terrace and garden (approx. 400m2) with views over the countryside and the river, 5 minutes' walk from all the amenities in the village.

Outside: 2 sun loungers, 2 metal armchairs, a table + 5 armchairs + parasol + barbecue.

A parking space is provided in the garden or you can park on the pavement in front of the house.
New furniture and fittings.

Spiral staircase in the house, but fitted with a handrail and not too steep.
It is safe for very young children with a barrier above it.

Bed linen included in the price but not towels (€5 extra per person per stay).
