In a village close to the spa town of Luxeuil-Les-Bains, country style house, skilfully restored and also suitable for self-catering rental. Ground floor: kitchen/dining room with wood-burning stove and full household appliances with dishwasher. Very spacious and comfortable lounge. Laundry room with WC, shower and washbasin. First floor: 1 bedroom with double bed (140x190) and sanitary facilities (shower, washbasin, WC), 1 family room on 2 levels - 1 double bed and sanitary facilities (shower, washbasin, WC) and upper level: 1 single bed (120x190) and 1 child bed. Central heating. Very pleasant atmosphere in the rooms, carefully decorated. Situated on the south-facing slopes of the Lanterne valley, the small village of Francalmont offers peace and quiet. Mainly agricultural, the village has preserved several elements of heritage: wash house, fountain... Nature is at hand: walks, fishing, etc. Geological curiosity: Planey spring. Canoeing/kayaking in Conflans sur Lanterne. Mountain bikes available.
