





Originally installed in Fresse, in the neighbouring valley, it was rebuilt at the end of the 19th century on a bank of the Doue de l'Eau. Left abandoned for years, Georges Tuaillon restored it and it is now alive again thanks to the activities offered by the Maison de la Nature des Vosges Saônoises. The bucket wheel drives the top iron and its carriage by the usual mechanism. The building is open on the side of the site where the logs are stored. The Parc des Ballons des Vosges supported the restoration of the dam
