Fondremand
Special feature: thanks to its 4 links, the circuit offers 8 possible variations 1- From Fondremand, go along the D192 towards Hyet for 1.3 kilometres, then turn right. 2- In La Malachère, turn left on the Grande Rue, then right at the next two crow's feet. 3- Go in Hyet, then left in the village and continue through Bois du Chaillolet. 4- Go along the D192 for about 100 metres, then turn left to go to Pennesières, then Courboux by the small forest tracks. 5- Go through a plantation of pines, firs and larches until you come to a small road. Turn left and then right through the woods to reach Le Cordonnet via the summits. 6- Turn left onto rue de Maizières, then right towards éguilley. Turn right again onto rue du Mont and start climbing Petit Mont. 7- After the Combe aux Merles, head towards Recologne-lès-Rioz. 8- Just after the pond, take the track on the right, and join the village of Villers-Bouton on the plateau. 9- Go down into the village and walk past the village hall. Join the hamlet of éguilley. 10- At the main crossroads, turn right onto rue de la Forêt. 11- Turn right onto the D5 and, after about a kilometre, turn left just after the bend to reach Fondremand along the footpaths. Variant -1 Shortly after the steepest part of the ascent to Bois des Rêpes, turn left onto the forest track and head straight for Hyet. -2 At Combe du Chaillot and Les Grandes Femmes, go straight ahead on the small road to Fondremand. -3 At Maizières, follow the Chemin de Saint-Jacques straight on to Fondremand. -4 Continue straight on past the pond through Recologne-lès-Rioz to the hamlet of éguilley.
