On the ground floor, you enter the gîte via a separate entrance giving access to a utility room with washing machine (iron and ironing board, clothes line). A few outdoor games are available for you to enjoy in the nearby park (molkky, table tennis rackets).

A staircase leads up to the living area, which opens onto a large mezzanine. This area includes a fully-equipped kitchen with central island (oven, dishwasher, hob, microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster) and a cosy living room with sofa, bench seat, cradle and connected TV (Netflix and Prime Video). On the same floor is the first bedroom, with a queen-size bed, built-in storage and a small desk. A shower room with WC completes the space.

To reach the mezzanine, take a miller's ladder up to a relaxation area with a hanging net and a games area. Finally, cross the footbridge to the second bedroom, which has two 80cm x 200cm box springs/mattresses, allowing it to be configured as a queen-size bed or two separate beds.

The large living area is heated by a reversible heat pump, which provides cooling in hot weather. The bedrooms, shower room and entrance hall have electric radiators.

Close to all amenities, you have easy access to the town centre shops, including a butcher, patisserie, bakery, grocery shop, restaurants, pharmacy and biscuit factory. And points of cultural interest: museum, town hall, basilica, library, theatre, etc.

A large wooded park with a play area, boules pitch, table tennis table and picnic tables is just 50 m from the accommodation.
