The mill is the gateway to a 24 hectare body of water. The building follows a series of water mills that have followed one another on this site since the Middle Ages and which were the property of the Lords of Marnay until the Revolution. The restoration of the mill, carried out in 2019-2020, aims to make this building an atypical architectural object, which could become the symbol of the intelligent conversion of a degraded industrial wasteland.
