The Verger Bio de Fouchécourt produces organically grown fruit, mainly apples and pears, but also plums, mirabelles, walnuts and fruit juices from its 3,300 fruit trees.
I grow 11 varieties of apple and 2 varieties of pear.
When it comes to apples, there's something for everyone, from the tangiest to the sweetest, and from crunchy to soft, from chewy to baked, with something to suit every taste bud.
I sell direct from Fouchécourt in 5kg, 10kg and 13kg crates, and also retail at the Vesoul market. I supply the Vesoul Biocoop, the Besançon Biocoops, restaurants, etc.
Other products: declassified apples at €2/kg, apple juice at €3.80/litre, walnuts at €6/kg.
