Charlène Lejeune has a diploma in basketry and is a basket weaver, weaving different models of handmade baskets and containers, partly from raw or peeled wicker harvested near Rioz. You can find her creations by visiting her workshop in Ecole-Valentin or at local markets: round baskets, mushroom baskets, rectangular or openwork laundry baskets, trunks, small fruit crates, oval baskets, wood baskets, strawberry baskets, etc.
