This town hall and wash-house dates from 1828 and was built to plans by architect Louis Moreau. This curious building was inspired by Italian holiday homes. You can admire the drinking trough fed by a gargoyle fountain, and the well housed in a niche decorated with acroteria. The town hall itself is a casina, with the ground-floor outbuildings replaced by the vaulted wash-house, and the upstairs flat by the council chamber and office.
