The accommodation
The kitchen is self-contained and equipped with all the crockery and cutlery you need for your stay. Remember to bring food before your arrival as we are in a small village and the nearest supermarket is in the village of Servance, 5 minutes away.
Three bedrooms are available:
- one room with a 160cm double bed
- two bedrooms with two 80cm single beds
The bathroom has a bath, washbasin and washing machine, and there is a separate toilet.
There is also garden furniture and a barbecue to make the most of the rear garden. And if your stay takes place between late June and early autumn, we've planted raspberry bushes for you to pick and enjoy.
Access for travellers
Parking for 2 cars available on the right-hand side of the house.
Private garden to the rear of the house. No direct access from the flat.
Possibility of storing bikes and motorbikes in the garage shared with the ground-floor flat. Electric bike socket.
Other comments
This is an old building and the flat is large, with double-glazed windows; it gets cold in winter in our region.
In addition to the oil-fired central heating, there is a wood-burning stove, which is quite an art ... but adds to the comfort.
You will, of course, have access to the wood store in the garage.
If you wish to stay in a group (up to 12 people), please note that it is possible to book the 2 gîtes on request (gîte de ma Grand-Mère + gîte Marchand).
