100% honey producer on the 1000 Ponds
Fallen in a honey pot in my childhood thanks to a father passionate about beekeeping, I decided, in 2017 to professionalize this activity in order to offer to the general public, a local and quality honey.
Today, I have hives spread over a radius of 10 km around my home, in the Ballons des Vosges Regional Nature Park and on the Plateau des 1000 Étangs.
For the well-being of my bees, I do not move the hives, so they remain in a fixed position all year round, in areas protected from all diseases and pesticides.
Thanks to the biodiversity found in this mid-mountain setting, I can offer you several types of honey at each new harvest.
My honey is not a standard product, according to the climatic conditions and the flowers gathered, the bees produce each year a honey with different flavours.
