In a bucolic environment, full of charm, according to the seasons, the chef celebrates the rich and generous terroir, made of good fresh products.

Revisited with the taste of the day, the tasty specialities of the Franc-Comté region follow one another in the plates for the greatest pleasure of your taste buds. It is hard to resist: homemade foie gras, duck breast with griottines and beef fillet or veal escalope with morels, Breuchin trout, pikeperch fillet or other local frogs in season...

You can enjoy these delicious dishes in one of our two beautiful dining rooms or on the terrace in season, on the edge of the wood, or receive your guests for an event to celebrate, for your seminars, your family meals and birthdays.
