The Société Coopérative de Lavigney shop sells a wide range of quality local products, both organic and non-organic, from cheese to dried goods.
The Val Fleuri cheese dairy shop, which has been based in Lavigney since 1925, has expanded and now offers cheeses made in the village at the tertre cheese dairy (to be opened in 2023).
Working in a short circuit, the milk comes from local producers of organic milk from cows fed on hay and grass.
Gruyère, Emmental, fondue, Lavi'bio, plain and flavoured raclette, butter and cream are just some of the products on offer. You can also discover other producers in the area and other local products: goat's cheese, ewe's cheese, flour, beer, lentils, yellow peas, oil, honey, jam, wine, liqueurs... Something to tantalise your taste buds!
