Thierry Combe and Damien Félix collect the testimonies of local residents. Their stories build a poetic and musical monument. A unique experience!
Return of the travelling stage, a thirty-six-seater liner cruising the roads of the region.
The Bus du Théâtre travels the length and breadth of Haute-Saône, stopping off in villages, market squares, behind town halls and incongruous gardens. On board, anything is possible. Story readings, intimate theatre or whimsical recitals. This year, author Thierry Combe, a performer and director associated with the Théâtre, is taking to the road. The artist from the Pocket Théâtre company is taking a resolutely "democratic" approach to his projects, which he also wants to be "documentary". In five villages, in a touring creation, the poet presents Multitude in duet with Damien Félix, composer and multi-instrumentalist. They set off in search of testimonies from local people, their accounts of "journeys", intimate and immobile journeys, or extraordinary adventures in faraway lands. They use them as rare materials. They put together a poetic and musical collection of stories, inspired by the journeys they tell and the stories they collect. A unique experience!
