The flat is located on the ground floor of a pretty town house, in a peaceful setting overlooking wooded grounds: entrance hall, kitchen opening onto a relaxation area with flat-screen TV, internet (WiFi). One bedroom: 1 bed (160/200), flat-screen TV, en-suite shower room. Separate WC. Gas central heating. Private parking in enclosed courtyard. Garden with trees and garden furniture. Charges included. Pets on request. Special 3-week cure rate = €700. From 09/03 to 30/11, priority is given to 3-week stays.
