Description

Set in the heart of a lush green setting, Oricourt Castle is one of the few surviving examples of medieval military architecture in Franche-Comté (built around the mid-12th century). The complex comprises a double fortified enclosure and several buildings currently undergoing restoration. Jean-Pierre CORNEVAUX, a qualified tour guide, will reveal all the secrets of this place during a tour lasting approximately 1 hour 30 minutes. Opening times. From Easter to 30 September: Sundays and public holidays from 2 pm to 6 pm From 14 July to 15 August: Wednesday to Sunday from 2 pm to 6 pm Group visits available all year round by booking. Reception, information and self-guided tours. Sundays and public holidays: guided tour led by an accredited tour guide (duration: 1 hour 30 minutes) A leaflet entitled ‘Short Guided Tour’ is provided to every visitor in French, German, English, Italian and Dutch.
