I have been a beekeeper for over 10 years out of passion, and I am particularly committed to producing a variety of honeys, beeswax and propolis whilst respecting the biology of the bee in order to preserve it and thus keep the craft of beekeeping alive, whilst producing products that are as healthy as possible for human consumption. I do not usually heat my honey, except for summer and forest honey, which I heat in an oven to suit individual tastes, whilst ensuring the temperature does not exceed 40 degrees, as stipulated by the AB charter, so as not to alter its natural properties. I offer honey in 500g and 1kg jars; I also make log hives – genuine biodiversity hives, as you can see in the market photo – so you can set up a bee colony at home.
