Half-day Sophrology sessions – the first Saturday of every month
A sophrology workshop is held on the first Saturday of every month, each focusing on a different theme.
A varied programme offering three hours of wellbeing, from 9.00 am to 12.00 pm at the CSC Taiclet.
Price: €30 for members | €33 for non-members.
