Since its first edition in 2011, organised under the department’s ‘Bulle à Spectacles’ umbrella, the Festival En Arc has come a long way…No one – and certainly not its founder, Xavier Coquibus – could have imagined, or even hoped, that by 2026 this somewhat mad venture would still be going strong, with 16 candles to blow out on the September cake, shared in Arc-les-Gray, a town where life is good.
