Gîte des Amis

Le gîte des amis is a charming village house that has been lovingly renovated. Once a coaching inn, the property later became a farm and then a carpentry workshop before being converted into a group gîte by Raymond.

Discover a spacious and comfortable gîte with exposed stonework and beams. It has a wide range of leisure and wellness facilities, so there's something for everyone in both summer and winter: outdoor spa and indoor swimming pool open and heated all year round, billiards table and piano. Upstairs, you'll find a large leisure room featuring a multimedia area with video projector (netflix, DVD player, speakers) and a games area with table football, board games and a "gourmet" corner. There is also a football pitch and two communal petanque courts opposite the gîte. Boules, balls, molky and badminton are provided.

The gîte comprises on the ground floor: a kitchen opening onto the dining room, a living room with a billiards/piano area and a wood-burning stove (wood provided), a double bedroom (2 twin beds 90x200 cm), a shower room, a separate toilet and an annexe equipped with a second cooker, a second fridge, a washing machine, a tumble dryer and an additional toilet.
Upstairs, a landing with a relaxation area gives access to: a double bedroom (180x200 cm bed), a triple bedroom (2 twin 90x200 cm beds and 1 90x200 cm bed), a twin bedroom (2 twin 90x200 cm beds), a bathroom, a separate toilet and the large recreation room. This walk-through recreation room gives access to a 38 m² family room comprising a parental area (2 twin beds 90x200 cm) opening onto a children's area (3 beds 90x200 cm). This room has its own private bathroom (shower room and separate toilet).
Outside, enjoy 980 m² of unfenced grounds with swings and spa. Private parking in the grounds.

For your convenience, all services are included: end-of-stay cleaning, bed linen (beds made on arrival), towels and household linen, electricity and wood for the fireplace. The gîte also includes a charging point for electric vehicles. Access to the swimming pool is from the outside and maintenance requires a 2-hour visit every day, during which time it will be inaccessible (the choice of time will be made in consultation with the guests).

Pets are not allowed, but the neighbour has a kennel where your pet can be looked after.

Besançon TGV station 30 km away, Besançon with its citadel and cathedral 22 km away, Vesoul with its Ludolac water park 23 km away, canoeing and kayaking on the river Ognon, craft microbrewery in Cirey, hiking and mountain bike trails nearby.
