On the ground floor: – A fully equipped kitchen with a kettle, coffee maker, dishwasher, oven and everything you need for cooking. – A bright living room with a sofa. – A television. – Direct access to the terrace. – A shower room with a large shower. – A toilet. – A washing machine. – An electric towel warmer. Upstairs: – A bedroom with a 140 × 200 cm bed, bedside tables with lamps and storage. – A bedroom sleeping three people with three 90 × 190 cm beds, one bedside table per bed and a large wardrobe. Outdoors: – Two furnished terraces. – A barbecue. – Garden furniture. – A parasol. – At the rear of the gîte: a swing and a slide (under parental supervision). Additional information: – Baby equipment available on request. – Covered area for storing bicycles or a motorbike (maximum). – A sofa bed to increase sleeping capacity, available on request.
