Small house, sleeps 5, in the countryside. Minimum stay 2 nights.

A cosy house (70 m² excluding the garage) with a garden featuring trees, set in a small village. All amenities are 12 km away (Gray). Minimum stay of 2 nights. No Wi-Fi. The house comprises, on the first floor: a living area with a kitchenette and sitting area, 3 bedrooms (one with a double bed; one with two single beds and one with a single bed), a shower room and a separate toilet. Outside, you can enjoy sunny days in the shade of the cherry tree or on the balcony (garden furniture provided). The entire property is enclosed, and pets are very welcome. Whether you fancy a breath of fresh air on the country lanes or want to explore more urban attractions (Dijon 40 km away, Besançon 60 km away…), you’ll always find something to enjoy. The basement is available for your use, but please note that a tall vehicle won’t fit inside and will need to be parked outside.
