Heritage Days are coming to the Conservatoire de la Cité du Meuble!
On 19 and 20 September, step inside the Conservatoire de la Cité du Meuble in Saint-Loup and discover a living heritage that blends history, craftsmanship and creativity!
Dates:
Saturday 19 September from 10.00 am to 6.00 pm.
Sunday 20 September from 1.00 pm to 4.00 pm.
On the programme:
- Two photography exhibitions: ‘Saint-Loup from yesterday to today’ and ‘Wood in all its forms’ (in collaboration with Arcadie and Gilles Mettetal).
-A children’s photography competition organised by the CCASC.
-Exhibitions, demonstrations and workshops led by craftspeople and designers from the timber industry.
-Guided tours of the Conservatoire de la Cité du Meuble.
- Giant wooden games for young and old alike.
A fun-filled weekend to enjoy with family or friends, discovering the riches of the local heritage and the trades of the timber industry!
