Marc Burri and Gaelle Scheffler grow fruit and vegetables in accordance with the principles of peasant agriculture. The produce is sold mainly by subscription to a weekly basket, but is also sold direct at the weekly market on Friday mornings. The baskets contain seasonal vegetables.
