Welcome to Le Balcon des Remparts. A very bright 45 m² one-bedroom flat situated right in the historic heart of Luxeuil-les-Bains, but… in a quiet location! A 10-minute walk from the thermal baths. All amenities nearby. The entrance to the residence is on the ground floor, which is equivalent to the first floor inside the flat. A parking space is reserved for you. It comprises: - A bedroom with a flat-screen TV and a 140 double bed, - A living room fitted with a high-quality sofa bed (140), a flat-screen TV, a dining area and a large bay window. - A large walk-in wardrobe in the entrance hall. - A modern bathroom with a large walk-in shower and a wall-hung toilet. - A brand-new, very well-equipped kitchen with a dining area. You can access the balcony, which enjoys a lovely view, from both the living room and the kitchen. A lovely unobstructed view over the rooftops of Luxov, in a quiet and private setting, awaits you.
