This 60 m² cottage sleeps 5 and has been tastefully renovated to welcome guests all year round (minimum 2 nights).
Direct access to the countryside. An ideal location for exploring the region and relaxing with friends or family.

All accommodation is on the ground floor: 1 attractive living room with fully-equipped kitchen, dining area and sitting area with TV (canal+, netflix, dysney+, BeIN), 1 bedroom with queen-size bed 160x200, 1 bedroom with double bed 140x200 and 1 bunk bed 90x200 (not suitable for children under 6).
Shower room/WC + 20m2 terrace and 350m2 private, unfenced garden.

1 cot and baby equipment on request.

All shops are 4km from the house and the nearest TGV station is 10 minutes away by car.

The cottage adjoins the owners' house, but the entrance and garden are private and not overlooked.

The garage has space for bikes and motorbikes.
In the countryside with all amenities 4km away, close to a village of 2,000 inhabitants: chemist, post office, supermarket, bakeries, restaurants, municipal outdoor swimming pools 5 minutes away, open in summer. Numerous walks and cycle rides are possible in the region, in the forest, near lakes, as well as fishing in the river.
