The small "Hüsi" house has been renovated and partly new-built. It has three rooms, an integrated kitchen and a bathroom with WC and can accommodate up to four people. It measures approx. 65m2 and is located on the first floor. The cellar and workshop are on the ground floor. From the large window in the living room you can enjoy a magnificent panoramic view over the pond and its pastures. All the rooms have solid spruce floors.

Basic rates for two people:
- overnight stay Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: €90
- overnight stay Friday, Saturday, Sunday: €105
- week in summer and Christmas/New Year: €625
- low season (excluding school holidays): €560
+ €10 per person per night.
+ €30 final cleaning

- horses on pasture per day: €8
- fishing (no kill) for tenant per day: € 8
(with own personal equipment) per week: € 40
- sauna (incl. Fouta, towel, drink) 2 people: €30
